This is inside Staples. It is not the customer service counter, it is in the back corner.
I returned the goods to America. The parcel was stuck at customs for more than two weeks. No one asked for additional information. Although I clearly indicated everything when sending. By the way, the same parcel arrived to me from America in 3 days! It is unrealistic to resolve anything with technical support. Terrible delivery service. I DO NOT recommend
