Super slow service. Takes 30+ minutes just to hand over a package you’ve boxed up & labeled yourself.
paid $100 because that was my only option for shipping an envelope of keys. the employee did his very simple job incorrectly (taping on a commercial invoice) and now my package has been in limbo for a month. went back a couple days later and told them the problem. they claimed it would be shipped back to me but it never was. it eventually passed customs after 2 weeks. now it’s still being delayed constantly. if you aren’t capable of printing and slapping a label on a package then maybe stick to stocking shelves.
Its easy to ship. Associate is very helpful and clarified all questions. Parcel reached destination on time
I try to avoid dealing with companies that use Fedex. They never knock on the door, so spending money on same day or next day deliveries is a rip off. This company hires lazy people.
Very straight forward transaction was OK finding the store needed patience.
