I had an great experience there during Canada post strike. Stuffs are very efficient.
I read the reviews about the wait time and thought it couldn't be that bad, but it really is about a 15-20 minute long line. That being said, once I got to be served, I had no hassles. For your reference, I was mailing two medium-large boxes (reused Amazon boxes, but non-Amazon products) for return. I had already printed and taped the pre-paid return labels onto my boxes. omg this place is so understaffed and they have no idea what they are doing. Has to wait 20 minutes in the line to talk to someone
Super slow, only one staff. Not very helpful. We had to print and pay for our own label instead of just printing it.
