It was said that they are open from 12 pm until 4 pm but when I arrived at 1:30 they were closed and there was a letter written that they were back at 3 pm. They wasted my time.
THEIVES!!! Don't ship anything valuable with these guys. They left a slip saying they'd attempt redelivery, then marked it as delivered, and signed for with a fake name. Called customer support who said it was at a pick up location. Went there with my name and tracking info and they did not have it. Called support again, and two days later, they notified me they couldn't find it. I guess if you're a FedEx driver, and your company won't investigate you for theft, why not, right?
