The rep that helped me worked very slowly but got one of my parcels done to the US. It seems that there is a lot extra data to enter into their system for a shipment to the USA. There was some kind of problem getting the second shipment done. Another rep came to the desk and asked me to come back another day. That comment he made was stupid. Very bad service
If you want to go there make sure your package is ready because the taping 2 dollars and they tape it very badly also the print and send the email to them is 3 dollars which crazy I have attached photo
****They charge 2$ for ONE PIECE of tape.***** Money hungry business!!!
Very easy. Have your printed prepared label attached to your package, get it scanned, get your tracking paper, and your done. I was in and out in under 5 minutes.
