Gajana was the rep on counter, pathetic service, rude to her own colleagues infront of so many customers for no reason. Made us lift a heavy item 4 times and carry it from here to there only to say oh its over weight we cant ship it.
They charge $4.99 to tape your box of you need to use thier shipping services which I thought is ridiculous.
