Terrible experience at this FedEx Authorized Ship Center. The staff told me printing costs $0.10, but never mentioned there’s an additional $1 “computer rental fee.” Only after I printed my label did she spring this hidden charge on me and handed me a receipt. Very misleading and unprofessional. If you don’t already have your return label printed, avoid this place—you’ll end up paying more than expected.
Rudest front desk lady I have ever encountered.. she told me to come back certain documents. I did, then she told me I needed a different number of documents and tried to charge me extra for those. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION
