FedEx said my package would be delivered between 9 AM and 1 PM, so I planned my entire day around that window. When the delivery time changed to before 5 PM, no one contacted me or explained the delay. I had to reach out myself to find out what was happening. I don’t mind waiting during the stated delivery window, but extending it by several hours without notice meant I wasted my entire day waiting. Very disappointing customer service and communication.

This location was really efficient and quick with helping me with what I needed. Staff are Respectful and friendly and work environment seemed very good. Overall great service!
