Seriously staples should part ways with FedEx or improve customer service. They charge for every smallest thing. I had an account to charge everything to ship a laptop including shipping and printing. When I mentioned that FedEx did that last time, they said, that's not true and not right. I mean you guys can't print one page?Or charge it to the account? I guess that's the difference between FedEx and Staples.
Most pathetic service. My one day guaranteed shipment never made out of their location. When I called to inquire, the lady started screaming and telling me to take it up with FedEx. Called FedEx and they told me not their fault if the location does not provide package to the driver. Don't go there ...very unprofessional and rude customer service.
