I paid duties over a week ago, my “delivery” has been in my home town for over a month, and I still cannot get pertinent real time information on when a delivery will happen.
I went there because I had a large package to ship, prepaid. I was told they would provide boxes as part of the service. They had nothing, and I was directed to uhaul to buy my own box. This was after waiting in line for 15 minutes. I think a shipping headquarters at a major hub like the Winnipeg airport could be a little more accommodating.
