I am writing to express my concern about the delivery of my parcel. My package has been postponed several times, and I do not understand why there is no exact delivery date provided. Additionally, today I saw a delivery van near my house, and your website stated that my package would be delivered today by 5 pm. Why was my package not in that van if it was supposed to be delivered today? The FEDEX located in Staples. I had a little wait time when I came for a drop off. Good and friendly staff.
Horrible service, I was returning a package and the worker was no help at all with an ugly attitude. I told him straight up this was my first time returning anything and I would need help. But sure enough can barely speak English and looked irritated to explain anything. Never coming back to this location.
