This is this poor review of FedEx itself not Staples where I got the item shipped. I shipped an item that I sold on eBay from Canada to Delaware USA. I have no idea who over at FedEx does the road planning but I watched the tracking on this item and it bounced all over the eastern part of the USA. Add 1 point it was literally hours away from the destination and from there it went back to St Paul Minnesota. I thought Canada Post was bad but WOW this was quite the experience.
