Place that ships packages all day can’t provide a box for sale or packing paper. Wild.
This place is a joke, do NOT trust them with your package. We dropped off package on Sunday and paid for guaranteed delivery by Tuesday at noon. It didn't show up by noon on Tuesday and looking at the tracking, it shows it never left the store. Called the store and they blamed Purolator and couldn't find our package but the women on the phone told us to "think happy thoughts". Like happy thoughts get our legal time sensitive documents on time. They called back later and found the envelope which had fallen between boxes. The ... read more
