Heather was pleasant to work with and patient to explain everything to me about shipping with FedEx, as i had never used this service before. She helped me figure out which boxing and shipping options were the cheapest... This location is inside the Staples store. When you enter the Staples doors, just follow the signs for shipping with FedEx. It was clearly marked today.
They don't take large items and will make you stand in line for 5 minutes before they tell you so. They don't even offer to look up a proper shipping location. Not impressed annpoor attitude.
Staff is very alert. Convenient location
