Employees tried to be as helpful as they could, and it’s easy to get to from the sky train station. However, I had to go here to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house, but was kept at the Richmond location because my address was apparently wrong on the package. It's becoming habitual for FedEx not to deliver to your house, not even ringing the doorbell, and claiming delivery failure due to absence, causing delays. It's ridiculous to wait for a package at home only to receive a text telling me to pick it up at a pickup location. The reason I order items to my house is to receive them there. I'm not ordering to go pick them up somewhere. If you're charging for shipping, do the job properly.
Not open on weekends. Owners have no idea when to show up even when it clearly says open and confirmed by THEM less than 2 weeks ago. What a joke.
