Awful service, if you can even call it that. I arrived around 8:40 a.m., and the place still wasn’t open, even though it was supposed to open at 8 a.m.
Very poor customer service. The employee was unhelpful, not suitable for dealing with customers.
Employees tried to be as helpful as they could, and it’s easy to get to from the sky train station. However, I had to go here to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house, but was kept at the Richmond location because my address was apparently wrong on the package. Spoiler alert: my address was correct, as confirmed with the employees! I’ve had no issues previously with other carriers with my current address, and this was my first time using FedEx.
