Usually packages get lost at this location. It’s terrible. Every time I drop off a package, I don’t see any updates for several days. Then when I go there in person, I find out the package is lost. I wish I could give zero stars, because even one star is too much to waste on this place
Strongly recommend adding more staff members in shipping services, as always is huge lineup!
Call center AI bot made to torture customers with questions till they stop calling. Useless and redundant. I’d really want to give zero stars but that’s not possible
This place is ridiculous, waited an hour in line just to be told my package was in the back but unretrievable, even though I received a delivery notice. I will refuse to buy anything that’s being delivered via fedex ever again, this company deserves to go out of business.
