This place is ridiculous, waited an hour in line just to be told my package was in the back but unretrievable, even though I received a delivery notice. I will refuse to buy anything that’s being delivered via fedex ever again, this company deserves to go out of business.
Basically should have 0 stars, but you're forced to give them "1" - Honestly, I've stopped buying things on eBay to avoid receiving packages through them. You'll spend a lot of time at this place because the drivers make absolutely ZERO attempt to drop off the package at your residence. Make sure to bring 15 pieces of ID...
One of the worst experiences in customer service I've had. It was super busy at Staples. I had to print a FedEx label before shipping (my e-mail advised that it could be done at the FedEx store). Waited 15 min. There was only 1 person for both printing and shipping solution counters. I was told they couldn't print my FedEx label and I had to do it myself at the self serve station.
