This is not the first time I’ve had a disappointing experience with FedEx. My package was never delivered to my door, and no one rang the doorbell, called, or even attempted to contact me. Instead, I had to go to the pickup location myself. I came in without knowing how Fedex mailing works and received fast service without complications, though some explanation on alternative delivery options and pricing would have been helpful.

May 12 2026 - Paul was super helpful shipping out a package via fedex. Even though it was my first time there he went over and above and I just wanted to commend him. This store has all your printing and shipping needs and more. I will definitely be back again to assess all other services and snap some pics and videos!
