Friendly, professional, efficient
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received at the post office on October 28 and 29. On October 28, a worker informed my brother that he could return the package but needed to obtain a prepaid QR code. The next day, after finishing work, my brother rushed to Staples with prepaid QR code and attempted to return the FedEx package. However, the same worker refused to accept the package, stating it was too heavy and had to be taken to the main center. This experience was frustrating and unfair.
