Fedex is the worst, pls don't use them. They charge you $20 for a delivery, but they can't even get into the lobby like Canada post, which means more hassle. On top of that, crap customer service and frequent delays, why would you pay for something like that?
Staples FedEx Pickup = chaos. Staff can’t ship, customer service disappears, and your package might go on its own adventure. My package was misprocessed and lost at Staples, later “found” only via security cameras and multiple calls by the FedEx manager. Got my unshipped, damaged package back after 14+ days — FedEx called me 'lucky.' Normally they hold it 60 days if they even bother to look. Beware – Systemic Negligence at Staples FedEx Pickup. The staff are Staples employees, not FedEx, and they are not properly trained in postal services. If anything goes wrong with your package, you will be bounce back and forth between Staples and FedEx with no resolution. Terrible service. My package was lost at their facility and this was hidden for a long time. They refuse to reimburse the loss. There were many mistakes in processing my shipment. I will never use FedEx or Staples again
