Absolutely no help, the guy said he didn’t know how to ship out a fedex package with a business account number and an address. Then claimed he didn’t have the air way bill to process the shipment. I don’t know if he was just lazy or ignorant but i would not bother going here as the “authorized” ship centre somehow doesn’t know how to process a shipment
The guy did my entire label wrong and I had to end up paying more fees.
