FedEx was a complete disappointment with this delivery. My package, which was supposed to be delivered to Laval (just next to Montreal), was inexplicably sent over 2,200 km away to Winnipeg. This was falsely explained as “zone skipping” — an absurd and unacceptable excuse for what is clearly a logistical failure. This delivery was for a basic necessity, not a luxury.
