Great service, staff are really helpful throughout the process from ensuring I labelled my packages properly, all the way through payment and loading on the FedEx delivery vehicle. On top of that, their processes are automated, no manual paper work to fill out recheck as with other couriers!
This location within Staples store, is not adequately staffed to customers of FedEx, and customer have to be prepared for long wait
