If you are a social media personality or do PR work of any sorts, DO NOT TRUST FEDEX IN CANADA. They tried to charge me $50 for customs when it was already paid for by the clothing company I work with. The clothing company did their own investigation of what happened and it seems everything was normal on their end. I had 2 shipments from the same clothing company/Fedex prior to this one and there was never an attempt to hit me with customs. Absolutely useless website. Absolutely useless customer service. You’d think buying a few boxes would be easy? No. Impossible to contact a person or get an individual number for shipping centres to find out if they have that size available
I was having not a good experience trying to get information via contact us. So I walked in to this shipping counter. Katie was exceptionally efficient & informative. Keep up the great job!
