Bad customer service
I didn't want to give even ONE star！！！Do not ever trust them and deliver your package there at all, they are very unprofessional and they don't know when your package will be delivered. But when you told them you need an urgent delivery, they will ask you to pay a very expensive price and guarantee you perfectly for the delivery time. I paid for it, and got an invoice with the guarantee as well. The day after, when it's nearly the delivery date, I tracked it online, the package didn't even got picked up.
