I called the FedEx number and they told me, on two separate occasions, that I could drop my package off here for pickup. Here, they told me they couldn't. Maybe that's not this place's fault and FedEx should fix their phone support. What is this place's fault is that when a manager came out to "help", he was only interested in deflecting blame elsewhere and explaining how nothing could possibly be his fault, to the point that he started telling completely pointless lies, like, they can't take my package because it's not pack... read more
Useless company, delivery said my parcel was out for delivery in Vancouver this morning for an update to come in that it is now magically in Edmonton. amazing
I know why people gave only one star. FedEx sent email and indicated that it is delivered. However, the staff in the store cannot find the package.
