Efficient and fast.
The two ladies at the counter were incredible, super helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my shipment was packed and handled perfectly. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. If I could give 6 stars I would. Will be back.
I dropped off the package with the shipping label and commercial invoice as required. The receptionist made copies of the invoice and assured me that she would attach the plastic pouch and send the package. I was told there was nothing further I needed to do. Unfortunately, it appears the commercial invoice was not included with the shipment. They charged me $190 to ship a box to Ontario. The same box with same weight was shipped back to me at half the price. Just now, they tried to sell me a secondhand cardboard shipping tube for $15. A new tube that is the same size at Staples costs $7. Beware
