Terrible experience - twice. Simple delivery turned into a nightmare. No accountability, no support, just endless blame on the delivery company while nobody actually helps or cares about your time or package.

I’ve dropped off 30+ shipments at this location over the last 5 years for courier pickups, always at no charge. This time, they wanted to charge me a fee just to call in the courier pickup. That makes no sense — the whole point of using a shipping location like this is to facilitate courier pickups. Hard pass. I can just have the courier come directly to me.
