Nice, clean, and not crowded office. Unfortunately, I had some issues with my shipment. A package I dropped off for return was sent back to me because the original tracking label was not properly covered. I also experienced problems with how the labels were applied, which may have affected delivery. The young staff member who helped me was friendly, but a bit more attention to detail when preparing and labeling packages would go a long way.
Customer service and an inviting atmosphere are the reason to come here. :)
