Very disappointed with the delivery service. My orders are repeatedly delivered to the wrong house door by FedEx. Even though I clearly mention “Basement” in the delivery instructions, the packages are still being left at the first-floor apartment. This is not a one-time issue—it has happened multiple times and has caused inconvenience to my neighbour. Please pay attention to delivery instructions and ensure packages are delivered to the correct location.
I’ve never had an issue with them & the shipping is fast.
Not properly advertised. Drove by Timmins print solutions 3-4 times before noticing the little sign on the door stating it’s a fed ex shipping centre.
Just terrible stay away
Delivery driver just leaves my package in my front yard and I watched and filmed him kick my box to the house
