2606 sparks street… I keep seeing them use the back door here when the buzzer is in the front … stop using the back door .. not even my package and I’d probably answer if I was buzzed , do better pls
Been several days waiting for a package that couldn’t be delivered due to “incorrect address” even though the shipping address is correct. Now several days later and still not available for pick up and seemingly no one to speak with about this….weird.

"Twanda" os rude, ignorant and disrespectful. Answers the perceived buisness phone like Im a burden says he will come when he is ready then hung up on me. Call back. No answer. Where is my packages? I am a disabled veteran and drove from the nass valley 1.5 hours for this parcel. Now i have to wait for them to give me my package at their convenience after they hang up on me? I still have no parcels worth thousands of dollars.
