Knocked on my door beeped the horn and left all within 2 mins. Did not leave a card at my door like they should of. Can't speak to anyone on the phone everything is automated. Absolutely terrible customer service. I would recommend having your parcel shipped through another carrier. Absolute headache first and last dealing with FedEx.

Very costly find other avenues
The package clearly states to leave it at the back door. The guy did not follow instructions.
I found door tag even after proving clear instructions regarding the delivery including a buzz code for the main entrance, not able to understand what's the problem in delivering items. As it was urgent I called the customer care to arrange the delivery for the same day or if I can pick it up, they denied for both options. I will never ever use FedEx.
