I needed a print out on Christmas day for my flight in a few hours, went a few places but everything was closed due to Christmas, luckliy I saw a fedex shop open, went in and aksed if they can print a form for me? The lady and the guy were so kind that they asked me to email the form and printed it right away. When I asked for the charges, they didn't take any which is very kind of them. I would always remember this help at my last minute request. God bless them!!
