Very disappointing service. I have visited multiple times to collect my parcel using the FedEx delivery notice, but every time I am told to come back the next day because there is a backlog of parcels. If there is such a large backlog, why isn’t it being managed properly? Customers should not have to make repeated trips just to collect a parcel that is supposed to be ready for pickup. It’s at staples and they charge to ship a prepaid return label 7$ fraud avoid and they r not official fedex !
Located inside staples. The staff member who helped me was very helpful. Told me the options I have on hand like DHL and FedEx.l which helped me to take an informed decision. He explained me the rates well in detail. Overall, I had a great experience as a customer.
