Located inside staples. The staff member who helped me was very helpful. Told me the options I have on hand like DHL and FedEx.l which helped me to take an informed decision. He explained me the rates well in detail. Overall, I had a great experience as a customer.
Don't bother taking anything longer than 47 inches. Staff suggested that I call each FedEx location to see if the item is accepted instead of advising a location I can go to. Let me do them a FAVOUR which should have been a part of their job to be helpful, just go directly to the FedEx located at YVR.
