Thank you for the exceptional response, support and delivery today. Due to an error in the apartment complex, FedEx was not able to deliver the package at the first attempt. After talking to the customer service rep, I got another call. They tracked the package and delivered it a few hours later and on the same day. A service alike is highly appreciated and recommended. Everything I've ordered that uses FedEx for their courier/delivery has never once arrived on time. Not once! I will receive tracking information that they are in my area but nothing ever shows up that day. I ordered Factor delivery for a Monday delivery as I have invasive surgery and am relying on the meals to feed my husband while I'm in the hospital but also myself when I am allowed to return home....
