The worst experience ever! Delivering a large bed frame and made only 1 delivery attempt and sent it back to their drop off. Then left a horrible voicemail where I could hear absolutely nothing about where my package was and intending I pick up a BED FRAME which I paid delivery for. Ended up going to the wrong location before I finally realised where the drop off was, only to be told I needed the tag left at my door!!! Absolutely insane. Go to Staples instead. This doesn't exist.
Worst company ever. Drop packages anywhere in the building. Half the time just leave a sticker when they clearly did not attempt to deliver. And lose packages way too often. Terrible company
This location doesn’t exist any more unless it’s hidden away in a private apartment.
Wouldn't take our large package.
