It is sad when big companies like these are too big to actually care about their customer service. We rely on our packages some of us in order to function with work. For example I'm waiting on a work laptop to arrive. I received an email yesterday that they tried to deliver it but that no one was home meanwhile I was home waiting all day because I was told that it would need a signature and I made sure not to go anywhere I also have a dog and a baby so if anyone showed up at my door they would have alerted me. Good place to pick up my package 📦
I had a dresser which weighted 136 lbs delivered that they just dropped it off in the lobby l had have them called back cause l live on the third floor lam 70 years old l can’t carry it When they did come back one of them suggested l could have opened the box in the lobby and bring it upstairs piece by piece l told him l don’t think so that’s your job l also told him every time he leaves my packages in the lobby l would call in a complaint and he will come me back and bring it upstairs to my apartment terrible service
Great place to ship. Dropped in and the staff was able to find me the best rate for my shipping. Plus customer received their items next day.
