terrible i’m sitting here waiting for my package 11-3:45 delivery time it’s now 5 and still nothing rediculus. don’t put times that you won’t show up at.
Ordered an item and it was shipped with FedEx. The tracking number didn't work with their system and so I couldn't contact anyone. Now my item remains undelivered due to 1.25 in taxes for crossing the boarder. I will never use FedEx or buy from anyone who does

Worst customer service experience I've ever had. Trying to speak to a person almost impossible due to the website maze...on purpose no doubt. Can't file a claim for a refund without giving them your visa number and code??? Avoid.. Canada Post much easier to deal with.
I was supposed to get a package on Monday then Tuesday and now it is supposed to be here today I can't talk to human about this I very disappointed and very unsatisfied with them
