My 80-year-old father came to this location to drop off a sealed FedEx package with a prepaid return label. The employee refused it, claiming certain health-related items aren’t accepted here, and turned him away. Either you’re a FedEx drop-off location or you’re not. You don’t get to interrogate a customer about a sealed, prepaid package and turn an 80-year-old away over it. I took the exact same package to another FedEx drop-off nearby, and it was accepted with no questions. I’ve escalated this to FedEx as well.
