I'm not familiar with the ordering process. I also have a visible disability as I walked in with a service dog. There was a short blond lady with glasses who was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive with my questions. Every question i had was replied with "google it" or "go to 50 Barna Rd in Cambridge." wrost service ever. I had a package that they are promising to deliever from last 3 days. I live in kitchener and the package is in kwc region but still they are lying to me about the delivery date.
