Extremely disappointing service from FedEx. The driver posted a “We missed you” notice without even ringing the doorbell or attempting to contact anyone. Someone was home, yet no genuine delivery attempt was made. For a company that promotes itself as a premium delivery service, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Simply leaving a notice without trying to deliver the package shows a complete lack of care and professionalism.
C'était à l'intérieur du super. C difficile à trouver pas d'annonce à l'extérieur mais très bon service à l'intérieur
