It's the worst company I have ever dealt with. Didn't show up on time. I had to drive half an hour to pick up an envelope. Another parcel was shipped to pick up location after they said they had attempted delivery. But there was no buzzer number. On FedEx address label, it clearly shows my buzzer on the address information. I spent 29 minutes trying to find the pick-up location. There was no signage on the building.
