Service is only as quick as the number of people in line. The agent was knowledgeable and productive. There was a customer who had packages for UPS and the agent let them know where the closest UPS store is and how to get there. Now that’s excellent customer service!
Received notice that a package was deliver red and had to go pick it up at the staples location. The staff at fedex were unprofessional, rude and not helpful. I stood in line a good 10 minutes when there were 3 staff behind the counter. 2 were handling costumers and the other one was building a box. There was no one else but myself in line. I gave them my notice they searched in there system and advised that they did have my package.
