I have had sooo many problems with FedEx I will no longer deal with anyone who uses them. For example $1800 iPad Pro M4 left at my door in apartment building. Delivery dates constantly changing. No accountability at all. If you are expecting a delivery from FedEx then expect anxiety delivery instead. Horrible service Horrible company Horrible policies Outright lies BEWARE !!!!!!!!
This Staples used to have a FedEx box in the foyer where you could pick up shipping supplies and drop off outgoing envelopes. Now the box is gone and you must wait on line where they will charge you almost $5 per envelope despite FedEx being willing to ship you any amount of any shipping supply next day to your door absolutely free of charge. You could also obtain these envelopes for free from any FedEx drop box, which they removed from their store. I don't think it's right that they charge you $5 for basically doing nothing... read more
