This drop center really needs more staff at the counters. Many times only one person is helping customers while others are not assisting, causing long lines, delays, and slow service.
They claimed they tried to deliver my package, but I was home the whole time and never received a call. When I went to pick it up, they told me they don’t have it.. I called customer service and no one knows where my package is.. Terrible service 🫠
