I have had a couple of great experiences dropping off packages here. The staff is always calm, no matter how busy they are. Sometimes, the line can get a bit long, but they make efficient arrangements and never rush the customers.
It was really busy when I got there because of the postal strike. A ton of people picking up and dropping off. But when it was my turn one of the guys there, I believe his name was Avi, helped me out and got me through the shipping process fairly quickly. He even managed to make it a fun experience
