This is now the fifth time this has happened, and I’ve had enough. Every time I’m expecting a delivery from FedEx Canada, the driver just shows up, sticks a door tag, and leaves. They never buzz in, never try to access the building, and don’t even bother bringing the package to the mail room — which is completely accessible! They don’t even TRY. Disappointed, a line for everyone whatever you want to pickup or return or ship, just one person working. Awful service.
The Staff was amazingly patient with all my questions and doubts. The positive attitude and saying goodbye with a smile, It was a great experience. I highly recommend if you live in North Vancouver
