they sent my package to the wrong address when it was supposed to be sent here.
This is now the fifth time this has happened, and I’ve had enough. Every time I’m expecting a delivery from FedEx Canada, the driver just shows up, sticks a door tag, and leaves. They never buzz in, never try to access the building, and don’t even bother bringing the package to the mail room — which is completely accessible! They don’t even TRY. This is one of the worst and laziest FedEx branches in Vancouver. The driver was literally at my building but didn’t bother to deliver the package. Instead, they left a “missed you” notice in my mailbox—just 30 meters from my apartment door. This is not the first time it’s happened, and it’s extremely frustrating. It shows a complete lack of effort and responsibility. Shame on you. If you’re not going to attempt actual delivery, then what’s the point of using a courier service?
