I was absent during a signed delivery for my new iphone and I spoke through the my doorbell camera with the delivery person that I was going to arrive home in 15min. She said initially she could not wait for me or come back today , finally she surprised me 30 min later she came back with my delivery ! Thank you so much France, you were the best ! Made my day !
I had the label, I had the box, everything nicely included in the box, but I haven't taped because I was told that they would check and seal it for me, they would take care of everything. Nope, I only discovered this at the store that I would need to pay for this "service". What a joke FedEx. This is so basic that I would not even think it's a service that I had to pay.
Have you employes ring the door if it's a condo building !!! I have over 20k of worth of lost packages in the past 3 years. Yes I do the insurance thing but I don't need to deal with that if your employees did their job and ring the condo number. Legally the address is where the number is on the door of the apartment not the lobby. If this was worth my time I would sue you but all the time I have is typing this comment
