Either lazy employees or they need to update their Fedex service hours. I went to use the FedEx services at the super c in hull at 8:40PM , the employee at the customer service cash said due to low staff, they don't give the Fedex service after 8:00PM. they were two and there was no customers except for one at self check out. It was a Wednesday evening.

The person operating was terrific but there's no indication that this is the pickup spot unless you're right on top of it or have been there before and know it. The FedEx driver said they were dropping off the item at my place but they didn't even make an attempt and just left it for me to go and pick up at this location which as I said above is virtually impossible to find
