They refused to take my parcels which I have paid FedEx for shipping even though they are within the weight limit. The reason given to me was that it’s too heavy for the pickup person to carry them to the truck.
N’importe qui qui se respecte et respecte ses clients n’utilise pas FedEx. Souvent les livreurs ne sonnent pas à la porte et font juste mettre le billet comme quoi ils reviendront. Pour faire la même chose à leur retour et finalement que t’aies à chercher ton colis dans un point de cueillette. Ridicule. Utilisez Postes Canada, Purolator ou UPS.
Service nonchalant, très lent, irrespectueux. Quand on demande un pièce d'identité, on le demande poliment, et on ne garde pas ladite pièce dans les mains pendant X temps. Mon colis n'était pas rentré dans l'ordinateur comme quoi il était disponible au comptoir. Il a fallu que je pointe le colis à l'agent.
That little lady working on the counter on Friday 26th April around 4 pm looked like she hated her job. Told me I had to purchase the plastic bags inside staples to ship my item. Because she could absolutely not give me a bag to put my items in cause my labels were Fedex Ground and not Express. She can only provide bags when they are Fedex Express!? Unheard of.
