Service nonchalant, très lent, irrespectueux. Quand on demande un pièce d'identité, on le demande poliment, et on ne garde pas ladite pièce dans les mains pendant X temps. Mon colis n'était pas rentré dans l'ordinateur comme quoi il était disponible au comptoir. Il a fallu que je pointe le colis à l'agent.
That little lady working on the counter on Friday 26th April around 4 pm looked like she hated her job. Told me I had to purchase the plastic bags inside staples to ship my item. Because she could absolutely not give me a bag to put my items in cause my labels were Fedex Ground and not Express. She can only provide bags when they are Fedex Express!? Unheard of. She could have also provided one at the counter and made me pay for it, but according to her I had to go inside staples and buy one. I always ship my items there regu... read more
