These are thieves, they never delivered my package worth of 2000$ and theyr manager never respond
today is tuesday i have not received any calls or updates about fedex losing my laptop while shipping. Customer services said they will contact too on Monday and I haven't received any contact. I lost my cave 3 months ago and it was horrible to be treated so badly. I always receive apologies but no compensation because my item is of a very high value.
