Useless calling there! I could not talk with a real person? I need to get a return label printed? AI was useless. They used to be good, now terrible!
The customer service itself was friendly, their experience however was lacking. I had shipped something to a friend in the US and they asked the total amount and how many items was in there. They took the total amount and multiplied it by the total items making the perceived value a lot higher than it actually was resulting in the customs charge being incredibly high. 4 times the total the value of the actual package.
