Refused to ship the two tires I need to send back because they exceed size/weight. AS IF they can't take a pair of tires. Terrible service decision.

One employee who is working both the print shop and the ShipCentre. Takes forever because of this.
They definitely deliver to the right house and that's all I wanted.
